Legacies Together

JULY 1 – 5

About

Welcome to the third edition of the Heritage & Future Conference, where we explore how different generations collaborate to shape resilient, purpose-driven businesses. This year’s theme, Bridging Generations: Building Business Legacies Together, focuses on how values, leadership, and innovation are transmitted across age groups — from seasoned professionals to emerging leaders.

Through keynotes, workshops, and collaborative sessions, we’ll explore how legacy and renewal can coexist, ensuring that corporate culture and knowledge evolve without losing their roots. From family-run businesses to international corporations, this edition celebrates the unique strength found in intergenerational synergy.
